We prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals and couples with simple tax situations and modest income (see Eligibility Criteria below). Submit your Income Tax Return using one of the following options:
- Drop off your completed paperwork
- Attend an in-person appointment
- Complete your return over the phone

How does it work?
Option 1 – Drop off Income Tax Returns
- Print the 2025 Income Tax Authorization Forms (3 pages).
- Blank forms may be picked up at 1770 Langlois Ave.
- Complete and sign all three pages of the Authorization Forms (for each person who is getting their taxes done) and return completed forms to 1770 Langlois.
- Mail all completed signed documents and tax slips to 1770 Langlois, Windsor ON N8X 4M5.
- Please make sure all your documentation is complete and signed. If there are missing documents or unsigned portions, we will be unable to complete your tax return.
- Your documents will be ready for pick up approximately one month after we receive them. Documents not picked up by the end of the calendar year will be destroyed.
- You will receive a Notice of Assessment directly from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
- It is your responsibility to save your documents as required by the CRA.
Option 2 – In person Appointments
- In-person are available at 1770 Langlois Ave., Windsor from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Call us at 519-966-5010 to schedule an appointment.
- Have your documents ready for your appointment (eg. T4 or T5, rent receipt or property tax receipt).
- You will receive a Notice of Assessment directly from the CRA.
- It is your responsibility to save your documents as required by the CRA.

Eligibility
Modest Income
In general, you have a modest income if based on your family size, your total family income is less than the amount shown in the chart below. You may be eligible for help at a free tax clinic if you have a modest income and a simple tax situation.

Simple Tax Situation
In general, your tax situation is simple if you have no income or if your income comes from these sources:
- employment
- pension
- benefits such as Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, disability, employment insurance, social assistance
- registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs)
- support payments
- scholarships, fellowships, bursaries or grants
- interest (under $1,000)
Your tax situation is not simple if you:
- are self-employed or have employment expenses
- have business or rental income and expenses
- have capital gains or losses
- filed for bankruptcy
- are completing a tax return for a deceased person
