About the WICC
Our Walk-In Counselling Clinic gives you the opportunity to meet with a counsellor on the same day.
We use a solution-focused approach to support you in creating a tangible plan that will help you to solve your concerns.
The Walk-In Counselling Clinic uses a single session approach but at times, our counsellors may recommend additional services that may be of value to you.
The wait time can vary depending on how busy the Clinic is, but we will do our best to ensure you are seen within a reasonable amount of time.
Who is the WICC for?
At this time, our Walk-In is open to adults. If a couple or family wishes to access the Walk-In Clinic, we recommend contacting our Customer Care department first at 519-966-5010.
For children and youth seeking counselling support, we recommend you reach out to WeConnectKids.
How much does the WICC cost?
The fee for your counselling visit will be discussed when you come in and meet with a member of our Customer Care Team.
We have a variety of payment options and subsidies are available for those who qualify.

Yes! If you prefer a session by phone, please contact our Customer Care Team at 519-966-5010.
Where is the WICC located?
The WICC can be accessed at our main office, located at 1770 Langlois Avenue in Windsor during the following times:
- Tuesdays from 12pm-8pm
- Fridays from 9am-5pm
