Welcome to our virtual mental wellness workshop series, hosted by Beth, clinical supervisor at FSWE.
In this series, we cover the following topics:
- sense of self
- boundaries, communication and decision-making
- feelings, anxiety and stress
- depression and anger
There is a handout with each module that you can download using the link below the video.
If anything comes up as you go through the modules that you would like to talk to a counsellor with, here are two options that may be right for you:
- Joining one of our Walk-in Wellness Group Sessions (available virtually) on Mondays from 5:30 – 7pm. These sessions cover the same content as the videos.
- Accessing our Walk-in Counselling Clinic (currently available by telephone) to create a plan for managing any concerns that arise from taking part in the modules.
